| This role will bridge technical, commercial and external customer teams working on the specification and delivery of bespoke systems and providing technical support to the sales operation Essential experience; Technical project delivery. Supervisory or management experience preferably in an IT, electrical installation or utilities role or comparable. Customers facing on technical subjects. You will be working on a number of small bespoke projects at any one time so will need to be naturally very organised and structured in approach. The role will be extremely varied and so suit someone who likes to work on parallel projects. Key responsibilities; Data gathering and data analysis. Interacting with customers. Occasional on site customer visits This role will report directly to the Technical Director and collaborate with; sales, IT, customer support and production departments. |
