UX Designer required to join a complex, rich User Interface Design team the ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive interfaces for complex products that solve real world problems with intuitive solutions. You will integrated inclusivity principles into processes, guidelines and research for products and design systems.
Key responsibilities:
Examining research data to uncover valuable insights and behavioural trends.
Crafting design elements, such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, process diagrams, information architecture layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and more.
Administering usability tests to assess design effectiveness and integrating user input for future improvements.
You will engaged in various phases, from initiation to successful delivery, operating in fast-paced environments.
You will gather evidence on users and stakeholders' needs, analyse and synthesise the results and use these informed insights to design relevant products.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like design, human-computer interaction, or related areas.
A professional background of 5 to 10 years in UX Design.
A robust portfolio showcasing intricate desktop application designs.
Demonstrated expertise in leading the entire UX process, from initiating discovery phases to resolving intricate challenges via design-thinking methodologies.
Hands-on experience with various user research techniques, including contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, and more.
