| A growing engineering solutions provider is looking for a Building Management Systems Estimator to join its sales team. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) projects across commercial and critical infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Review project specifications and drawings to define scope Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labour, subcontractors, equipment) Develop ROM budgets and support full bid submissions Collaborate with technical sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing Maintain estimating tools, cost databases, and documentation Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Strong knowledge of BMS and EPMS systems Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings Experience with estimating tools (Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail |
