| Document Controller required to join an existing team maintaining accurate electronic product and parts data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting various teams within the company. Skills Electronics manufacturing experience in a similar role. Organised skills with attention to detail. Microsoft Office and computer system fluency. Role Load new parts and maintain Bills of Materials on EFACS, ensuring compliance with MSL, ECCN, and Harmonised codes. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to maintain accurate records and resolve related queries. Assist in the setup of consumable items, Health and Safety documentation, and stock management. Raise, manage, and track Engineering Change Notes and concessions, providing regular reports on updates. Perform BOM checks and ensure alignment between customer BOMs and internal systems. Support the first off production process and assist with queries related to the production line. |
