| A global engineering and animation company is seeking for a Hardware Test Engineer to test hardware The Hardware Test Engineer will be responsible for the following activities: Daily testing of items from the production departments, according to customer specs Candidates will be required to use various test equipment to test down to component level Candidates will be required to fault diagnosis of test related issues Create a range of strategies and plans to test a system to the limits of its capabilities. The ideal candidate for Hardware Test Engineer position will have knowledge or experience in the following areas: Desktop application coupled with hardware testing experience Proficient in test management tools (TestRail preferred) and in defect management tools (Jira preferred) Possess strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practice A positive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills Experience, aptitude, and a desire to work with animation tools, and techniques |
