| Mechanical CAD Designer required to work on complex electro-mechanical device modelling, design and drawing in PTC Creo (formerly ProEngineer). You will interface with other technical staff, consult external suppliers and in-house manufacturing and field personnel. Skills Time served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or experience in relevant Design role. PTC Creo (formerly ProEngineer). Drafting standards, ISO and ASME including Geometric Tolerancing. Tolerance stack-up calculations. Manufacturing processes including Design for Manufacture (DfM). Mechanical systems assembly and disassembly. HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualifications). |
