| Manage the delivery and maintenance of embedded firmware for remote acquisition, transmission over GPRS, IP and radio on to cloud systems for data delivery. The successful candidate will lead software architecture, agree priorities with the Technical Director and Project Managers develop and maintain a culture of technology and code reuse. Key skills; Embedded OS, and bare metal software development, preferably using ARM, AVR, PIC or MSP430. Experience in electronics hardware development. Application development on Windows platform using C++ or C#. Experience of distributed processing systems over IP. Previous successful experience leading a team in both new product development and maintenance projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. |
